Shipping Policy

Every Swarelle order is prepared with care and on its way to you quickly. Here's what to expect.

Processing Time

Orders are carefully prepared and packaged within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery Time

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically arrives the next business day.

In total, most orders arrive within 2 business days from the time the order is placed. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to courier delays, weather, high-demand periods, or your specific location within the UAE.

Shipping Coverage

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates. We are not currently able to ship internationally, but we hope to expand our shipping coverage in the future.

Shipping Cost

We offer complimentary delivery across the UAE on all orders, with no minimum spend required.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at checkout. Please have the exact order amount ready for our courier upon delivery. If you're unable to accept delivery at the scheduled time, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a re-delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or delivered incorrectly due to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by the customer.
